Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sip ’n Ts purchase. Because our products are made specifically for you after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Please review product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before ordering. We are happy to help answer any questions before you purchase.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order, before production begins. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled because your product has already started being created specifically for you.
